The team includes Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Designers, QA, and a Project Manager working in close collaboration. We use Agile, with regular iterations and two releases per year. Roadmap is defined upfront.

Requirements: 

1. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects. 

1. Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum / Kanban). 

1. Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and change management. 

1. Ability to create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows. 

1. Confident in communicating with stakeholders and facilitating workshops or interviews. 

1. Experience working with both functional and non-functional requirements. 

1. Understanding of system design concepts and ability to suggest solution improvements. 

1. Experience creating visual models (diagrams, wireframes, flowcharts). 

1. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured approach to work. 

1. Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken). 

Nice to have: 

1. Experience with enterprise-level or multi-tenant SaaS platforms. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Determine business requirements, focusing on a solution or part of a solution, and document them. 

1. Explore solution-related risks, external factors, assumptions, constraints, etc. 

1. Suggest design options and improvements for the To Be state of a solution. 

1. Conduct stakeholder analysis (roles, responsibilities, influence, attitude, preferences for the identified internal and external stakeholders). 

1. Outline communication rules, escalation path, and keep up to date with the BA-related meetings schedule. 

1. Prepare for and conduct elicitation sessions using different techniques and their combinations (e.g. surveys, observations, group interviews, document analysis, interface analysis, etc.) 

1. Explain the business context of a solution to the development team and other relevant stakeholders. 

1. Discuss solution requirements and design options with the team, and communicate outcomes to the client (incl. business context, tech dependencies, constraints, risks, benefits, and opportunities). 

1. Escalate requirements conflicts to the relevant stakeholders and track their resolutions. 

1. Work on both functional and non-functional requirements specification and documentation (e.g., user story with acceptance criteria, use-cases, feature document, quality attribute scenario, etc.) 

1. Support both functional and non-functional requirements with appropriate models and visuals (e.g., diagrams, matrices, mockups, wireframes, calculation models). 

1. Verify both functional and non-functional requirements and models with the team and client. Create a verification checklist if needed. 

1. Validate both functional and non-functional requirements against the business needs, goals, and objectives of a particular solution. 

1. Outline scope boundaries of a module or feature (e.g., in- and out-of-scope, functional decomposition, use case diagrams, models, etc.) 

1. Prioritize solution requirements using simple classification techniques. 

1. Use traceability to ensure requirements coverage and to analyze requirements changes. 

1. Obtain stakeholders' approval for solution requirements. 

1. Maintain solution requirements and their attributes. 

1. Assess the impact of the identified requirements changes, document and communicate changes and their implications to relevant stakeholders. 

1. Collect feedback on implemented solution or solution component using multiple sources of information: demo, UAT, defects, user support requests, etc. 

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week).  US time zone preferable, at least 4+ hours of overlap
