Langate is an award-winning provider of web development services in 3 main categories: business, healthcare, and education. At Langate, we're passionate about crafting digital solutions that make a real impact. We take immense pride in our strong collaboration with the U.S. We're here to shape the future of technology, one milestone at a time.
In addition to technical expertise, we value excellent communication skills. Collaboration and effective teamwork are the cornerstones of our success, and we believe in fostering an environment where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
We are looking for a curious Business Analyst to join the team and help scale the business alongside experienced colleagues.
About the project :
The product is a global employee recognition platform used by large companies to help people thank and reward one another at work. Employees can send personalized recognition messages, attach points or awards, and later exchange those points for gifts from the internal rewards catalog.
In many organizations, employees feel unseen and undervalued, even when they do great work. Our product solves this by creating a simple, engaging way for people to recognize good work instantly, right when it happens, and make that recognition visible to the whole company.
The platform supports multi-tenant architecture, meaning every client has its own version of the system with unique branding, translations, reward programs, and product catalog categories. End users are medium- and large-sized enterprises worldwide that care about employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
The team includes Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Designers, QA, and a Project Manager working in close collaboration. We use Agile, with regular iterations and two releases per year. Roadmap is defined upfront.
Currently, the team is focused on:
-
introducing AI-driven personalization and automation to enhance user experience,
-
developing new engagement and recognition features,
-
improving performance and UX,
-
and expanding integration capabilities with enterprise tools and services.
You’ll be part of a global team shaping how organizations recognize and motivate their people by making a real impact on workplace culture while working with modern tools, scalable architecture, and a supportive international team.
