Customer Support Manager (Health Care)

A medical project is looking for a Customer Support Manager to assist with processing financial information related to patients' stays in hospitals in the United States. The role is similar to that of a medical support specialist but with a stronger focus on finances and documentation.
What You Will Do:
- Enter patient information into the internal system;
- Verify patients’ insurance conditions;
- Collect financial information: bills, assets, cash flow;
- Prepare and send invoices to insurance companies in the U.S.;
- Track incoming payments;
- Communicate with representatives of medical institutions and insurance companies by phone (calls to the U.S.).
What We Value:
- High level of spoken English (especially live conversation experience);
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and responsibility;
- Experience in customer support, working with documents, or finances is a plus;
- Work schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (aligned with U.S. time);
- Format: on-site work in our Lviv office.
