We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team and take responsibility for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in cloud and on-premise environments, strong knowledge of Azure services, and experience in implementing security and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a system administrator.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Expertise in Azure infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Azure certifications are required (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-500, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Office 365, Active Directory, and SSO implementation.
• Experience with network monitoring, security tools, and VPN management.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 and ISO9001 standards.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Azure ADM templates).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a team and ensure timely task execution.
• Upper-intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+).
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Device setup for employees using Intune deployment policies.
• Server management across on-premise, private VMware cloud, and Azure cloud.
• Set up and configure Azure cloud policies and products to support ISO27001 and 9001 standards (Intune, DLP, security, encryption, alerting, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Implementation and maintenance of network monitoring, alerting, and response systems.
• User management across multiple platforms (Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, etc.).
• Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation across platforms using Azure AD as the primary source.
• Provide support to employees regarding infrastructure and tools.
• Manage infrastructure alerts through various tools (WUG, Azure monitoring, VMware monitoring, etc.).
• Deploy and configure Azure cloud resources with expertise in all aspects of Azure infrastructure.
• VPN maintenance and setup (OpenVPN, Azure VPN, SonicWall, etc.).
• Handle hardware replacement and repairs when necessary.
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure, change procedures, and policies.
• Establish and oversee a change control system (ISMS).
• Provide weekly reports on system status and performance to management.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting and Azure AD templates for automation and administration.
• Work as part of the IT team, reporting to the COO.
• Manage subordinates, including task delegation, training, and quality control.
• Participate in company activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Vendor management and price negotiations.
