Langate is an award-winning provider of web development services in 3 main categories: business, healthcare, and education. At Langate, we're passionate about crafting digital solutions that make a real impact. We take immense pride in our strong collaboration with the U.S. We're here to shape the future of technology, one milestone at a time.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who wants to do more than gather requirements. We’re looking for someone who can bridge business and technology, challenge assumptions, drive meaningful discussions with stakeholders, and influence product decisions. If you have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and thrive in a collaborative product environment, we’d love to meet you.
About the project:
Product is a global employee recognition platform used by large companies to help people thank and reward each other at work. Employees can send personalized recognition messages, attach points or awards, and later exchange those points for gifts from the internal rewards catalog.
In many organizations, employees feel unseen and undervalued, even when they do great work. Our product solves this by creating a simple, engaging way for people to recognize good work instantly, right when it happens, and make that recognition visible to the whole company. The platform supports multi-tenant architecture, meaning every client has its own version of the system with unique branding, translations, reward programs, and product catalog categories. End users are medium- and large-sized enterprises worldwide that care about employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
The team includes Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Designers, QA, and a Project Manager working in close collaboration. We use Agile, with regular iterations and two releases per year. Roadmap is defined upfront.
